CrepiniCafe.com Announces NASFT membership, Exhibits at NYC Summer Fancy Food Show; Releases QTR1 2008 Marketing News and New Green Program

The first of its kind fresh frozen crepe with sweet and savory artisanal flavors are set to debut to Food Industry Buyers at the Summer Fancy Food Show. Booth 5017, Jacob Javits Convention Center held in NYC June 29 - July 1, 2008.

First Quarter of 2008 Crepinicafe.com management implemented three separate Sales and Marketing Campaigns. Direct to consumer through www.crepinicafe.com, to specialty food markets and as foodservice to restaraunts/cafeterias/catering. CrepiniCafe.com has partnered with ShareASale.com, a leader in performance marketing, to establish an affiliates marketing program.

Online media and SEO marketing campaigns have increased traffic and sales. CrepiniCafe has introduced new flavors and discounts exclusively to online consumers, with exciting holiday and party options becoming more popular with consumers.

CrepiniCafe expects to launch the new package to retail outlets Summer 2008. The new package will bring the cost down significantly, due to reduced labor costs, reduced package costs and energy costs. Package is designed by Miller Creative LLC, NJ (www.yaelmiller.com). Miller Creative specializes in retail package design and branding, with specific attention to green and environmentally friendly elements as they become available to US producers and manufacturers. Roger Xavier, a talented illustrator, was chosen to design the artwork (www.rogerxavier.com).

Executive cafeteria chefs are bringing in the Crepini products. A team of Foodservice specialists is managing the effort with successful implementation expected Summer 2008. Foodservice packaging is available currently and includes 64 crepes per case.

Paula Rimer of CrepiniCafe said, "We are proud to announce our Green Program, that utilizes 100% electric cooking energy to produce the crepini. It is our plan to implement a completely green package by year end of 2008."
