Champagne Brunch is served Sundays, beginning Sept. 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and features new menu selections, such as citrus-crusted sea bass with yellow tomato emulsion, lavender honey-glazed lamb rack and buffalo tenderloin with crabmeat cheesecake. Pricing is $59 per adult and $29.50 per child age four to 12, plus tax and gratuity.
? Chef's Table is served Thursday through Saturday beginning Sept. 13, with seatings from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Pricing is $95 per person or $125 per person with wine pairing, plus tax and gratuity.

Each Sunday, Executive Chef Kenneth Juran and his highly talented culinary team creatively present the award-winning Champagne Brunch throughout the kitchen of La Coquina, where guests are invited to select from the lavish display of new-world cuisine.
The transformed kitchen showcases a buffet of delicacies, cheeses from around the world, fresh fruits, chilled soups, salads and much more. Several chefs are also ready to prepare made-to-order hot dishes that are promptly delivered to each table by La Coquina's seasoned wait staff. Hand-crafted sugar sculptures line the foyer where the dessert buffet is displayed, ready to satisfy each and every sweet tooth.

Chef's Table at La Coquina offers an escape from ordinary dining experiences. This unique culinary event invites guests to sit at tables inside the restaurant's extraordinary kitchen to witness the creation of a seven-course gourmet meal. Guests interact with the skillful chefs as they demonstrate how to prepare menu items, such as an amuse of
caviar preparations, leaf-wrapped snapper with tomato parsley fondue, quail egg in brioche and squab with black couscous parmesan.
Wine pairings are available to complement the meal, and creative masterpieces are prepared right before guests' eyes for a grand finale. Each visit to the Chef's Table is truly special, as the menu changes nightly to reflect the freshest foods of the season.
