Thai Small Cucumbers
These are small cucumbers from Thailand. While only about 3 inches in length each, they are very crunchy, crispy and juicy - more so than normal English cucumbers.
They are fabulous when used to make a sweet, sour, spicy, vinegary cucumber salad.
