Spring Home (Di Yi Jia) brand of frozen Roti Prata.
These taste pretty good actually, and are super easy to prepare. The package says to simply heat the rotis up in the oven or on the stove in a frying pan - no oil necessary. I usually prefer to brown them up in the frying pan with a light spray of Pam cooking spray. The key is to get the pan really hot first, put in the roti, and DON'T touch it until it starts to turn slightly translucent and starts to puff up. Only then, take a peek on the underside. If that is golden brown, quickly flip the roti over and let the other side brown up nicely. And it's good to go!
It's great with curry or just with sugar sprinkled over it. Yum!
