Spring Home (Di Yi Jia) brand of frozen tang yuan. It comes in three different fillings - peanut, black sesame and red bean. Simply drop the glutinous rice balls in boiling water. They are done when they float to the surface. Remove from the water and drain well. They may be either served in a sweet soup (tong shui) as "tang yuan" or served dry as "yuan xiao". For the latter, simply roll the boiled dumplings in the ground peanuts which is included in the pack.
